Our mission at REGEN RECYCLING LLP is to contribute to a sustainable future by responsibly recycling copper and cables, recovering valuable metals, and minimizing environmental impact. We are committed to efficient processes that transform waste into valuable resources.
Cable Recycling Process
- 1. Collection and Sorting: Cables are gathered from various sources and meticulously sorted by type and insulation.
- 2. Shredding: Industrial shredders cut cables into small pieces to facilitate metal-insulation separation.
- 3. Granulation: Shredded material is further processed into smaller particles for enhanced separation.
- 4. Separation: Utilizing magnetic, density, and optional electrostatic methods to separate valuable metals from plastics.
- 5. Metal Recovery: Recovered copper and aluminum are melted, purified, and prepared for reuse in new products.
- 6. Plastic Recovery: Recovered insulation materials are recycled into new plastic products or used as industrial fuel where appropriate.
- 7. Waste Management: Non-recyclable residues are responsibly managed according to environmental regulations.
Recycling Copper Scrap
- Process of Copper Scrap to Copper Rod (by Upcast Method): We utilize high-purity copper cathodes or high-grade copper scrap to produce oxygen-free copper rods directly. This method ensures exceptional purity and quality for electrical applications.
- Process of Copper Scrap to Copper Ingot and Nugget: Copper ingots and nuggets are produced from various grades of copper scrap through melting and casting. These forms serve as manageable raw materials for subsequent industrial uses like alloying.
